In wake of the arrival of MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi from London the Hyderabad and Cyberabad police have been put on alert.Police have put check posts in Bahadurpura and Chandrayangutta areas in order to prevent MIM activists going to airport in the form of rally.
The cops especially in south zone have been posted on emergency 24hrs duty and patrolling has also been intensified in sensitive parts of city.
A heavy security bandobust has been posted at Shamshabad Rajiv Gandhi International airport and police is taking up mass vehicle checking operations.However MIM activists in large numbers have gathered at the aiport in order welcome their firebrand leader.
Akbar against whom many cases of spreading communal hatred were registered in state and in Delhi,but police could not question him since he was in London for treatment.The cases have been registered under Section 121 (waging or attempting to wage war against the state), Section 153 (A) and Section 295A (for deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs).
MIM Floor leader has been asked to appear before police on Jan 8 at Nirmal town and on Jan 9 at Nizamabad for questioning with regard to the speeches he delivered at public meetings at Nirmal and Nizamabad towns last month.
